Appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before set appointment time. Same day cancellation will result in a 30% service booked fee. I am very understanding, just please let me know ahead of time so you can reschedule and valuable time is not wasted. No call, no shows will result in a 50% charge of service booked. Two no call, no shows = Blocked from booking. 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD - after grace period you will be charged $10 late fee 15 minutes past set appointment time with no heads up will result in appointment being cancelled and charged as no show, no call. 40% of lash extensions must be remaining for fills, anything less will be charged as full set. Come with clean lashes! Do not wear makeup to appointment, it can impact lash retention. No foreign fills, No refunds, No extra guests.
